mysticwolf75 I was sad to hear about Constance Demby's passing earlier this year. Novus Magnificat was one of my first real New Age/Space Music CDs back when I first really got into the genre in late 1996. After that, I collected most of her back catalogue as well as her future releases. This 30th anniversary edition is amazing (although I prefer the original album tracks uninterrupted). RIP Constance, and thank you for the beautiful music legacy you left with us.

Constance Demby's Novus Magnificat: Through the Stargate, one of Hearts of Space Records first releases, is a landmark recording. This album of symphonic, sacred music built the bridge between classical and choral music, and what would eventually become the New Age musical genre. This 2-CD 30th Anniversary Edition features the original recording re-cut by the artist to eleven movements and a second disc of never before released live recordings.
